It’s Official! Bursting onto the scene. SCCA Pro Racing Trans-Am® Series GT1 brings together sprint format iconic sports car brands such as Corvette, Camaro, Mustang, Jaguar and other V8 powered muscle cars, otherwise known as the “Ground Pounders!”
Unlike most professional racing, these cars do rub together and need to be repaired. Hand painted graphics would allow for easy repair of points of impact. The design will be the first of its kind. By looking at the car as a product, I looked at it with an artistic viewpoint and was able to see a different perspective. I wanted to create a continuous flow from one angle to the other making the entire vehicle a work of art.

Copies were given to client to show how each panel would be painted so in case of a hit it could be easily fixed without repainting or rewrapping entire car.

Once again I was given the opportunity to design another car for Simon Gregg and it’s the official Pace Car for the SCCA Pro Racing Trans-Am® Series GT1.
